    • Ice cream - Use your favorite vanilla ice cream. Or, if you want extra cookie flavor, you can use cookies and cream ice cream.
    • Milk - For a thicker, creamier texture, use whole milk. Or if you prefer milk alternatives, almond milk and oat milk are great options.
    • Cookies - Crush up everyone's favorite chocolate sandwich cookies - Oreos - by placing them in a ziplock bag and lightly crushing them with a rolling pin. You don't need to bash them into a thin layer, you want small chunks of cookies for the milkshake and as toppings.

    Optional: You can also mix in a tablespoon of peanut butter or a teaspoon of vanilla extract into the milkshake for boosted flavor!

    Topping ideas: extra crushed Oreos, whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles, chocolate syrup, caramel sauce.

    Ingredients

    • 2½ cups vanilla ice cream
    • ¼ cup milk
    • 6 OREO cookies, roughly chopped or crushed and divided
    • Optional: whipped cream

    Instructions

    • Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
    • Blend until mostly smooth. You want it to be slightly chunky for some crunchy texture.
    • Pour into tall glasses.
    • Optional: Top with whipped cream and remaining half of Oreo cookies.

    Makes 2 servings.
    To make this vegan: Simply use your favorite non-dairy ice cream and milk. I prefer almond milk as it has a nice, creamy texture.
