Notes
Makes 4 to 6 servings.Cooking time: Depending on your air fryer and the size of your brussels sprouts and bacon pieces, you may find you need a little less or a little more cooking time. We like brussels sprouts crispy and slightly charred, and that's what we get using our Ninja Deluxe XL Pressure Cooker/Air Fryer using this recipe. Work in batches: Try to air fry the ingredients in a single layer at a time. It's okay if some overlap, but try not to overcrowd the basket. It helps to work in batches. Shaking the basket: Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may find you need to shake the basket or toss the ingredients two or three times during the air frying time in order to get an even cook across all ingredients. Storage: allow the food to cool completely, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 or 4 days. To reheat: Place brussels sprouts mixture into your air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for 2 to 3 minutes or until fully heated, shaking the basket halfway through.
