Rub the olive oil onto all sides of the steak, coating the steaks well. Set them aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the seasoning: rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Rub the seasoning evenly over all sides of both steaks.
Place the steaks into the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes.
Then flip the steaks over, and air fry for another 5 to 7 minutes, until steaks reach your desired doneness (see Notes for temperatures)
Transfer steaks to a plate and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
