Preheat the air fryer to 400°F degrees for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the steak into 1-inch pieces.
In a large bowl. whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion, powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Add the steak bites to the bowl and toss to fully coat all of the pieces with the seasoned oil mixture.
Add the seasoned steak tips to the air fryer basket. Try not to crowd the basket; you may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer and steak.
Air fry at 400°F for 4 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Let the steak tips rest for 2-3 minutes before serving and enjoying.
