flatbread rounds

cup
barbecue sauce
2
cups
shredded Mozzarella cheese
8
ounces
shredded or cubed chicken meat
½
cup
sliced red onion
½
cup
diced green bell pepper
¼
cup
chopped cilantro
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line two baking sheets each with parchment paper.
Place flatbreads on top of the parchment paper.
Spread about 3 tablespoons of barbecue sauce on top of each flatbread.
Sprinkle an even amount of cheese over each.
Add chicken, red onion, and bell pepper.
Bake at 400°F for 12-14 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Garnish with cilantro before serving.
Notes
Makes 4 flatbread pizzas.
Storage: store leftovers in an airtight container (or wrapped in aluminum foil) in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
