Ingredients

almond milk

cup
old fashioned oats

Tablespoons
cookie spread
2
Tablespoons
honey
2
teaspoons
ground flaxseed
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
2
teaspoons
ground cinnamon
Lotus Biscoff cookies, fresh fruit for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients (almond milk through cinnamon).
Divide the oats mixture between two mason jars. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve with fresh fruit and/or crumbled Lotus Biscoff cookies.
Notes
Makes approximately 2 servings
Storage:
store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 or 4 days.
Substitutions:
Use your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk.
Substitute maple syrup or agave nectar for the honey.
Substitute chia seeds for ground flaxseed.
