almond milk

old fashioned oats

ground cinnamon

chia seeds

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.
Divide the mixture between two mason jars. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Makes approximately 2 servings.
Storage:
store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 or 4 days.
Substitutions:
You can substitute your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk.
Substitute ground flaxseed for chia seeds.
