¾cup(1½ sticks) cold, unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, white vinegar, and water. Set aside.
In a food processor, add the flour, sugar, salt. Pulse to combine.
Gradually add the butter cubes and continue pulsing until the butter is well incorporated.
Pour in the egg/vinegar/water mixture and pulse to combine all ingredients and create the dough.
Shape the dough into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to overnight before using.
