Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the refrigerated pizza crust dough onto a cutting board and use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut into straight ½" thick strips.
Roll one strip around a hot dog, leaving some parts of the hot dog exposed to look like a mummy. Repeat this with all the remaining hot dogs.
Place assembled mummy dogs onto the prepared baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 13-17 minutes, just until the tops of the dough are golden brown.
Using a toothpick, place a small dot of ketchup on the back of a candy eye and place on an exposed part of the hot dog toward one end. Repeat with another to make two eyes.
