These Chinese-inspired salt and pepper wings are perfect for any weeknight dinner, or as a Game Day party appetizer. So easy to make with just a few ingredients!
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil to coat.
Sprinkle the garlic cloves, baking powder, salt, and pepper over the wings, then toss to coat the wings.
Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 40-45 minutes, turning the wings over halfway through.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
