Ingredients

(6-ounce cans) tinned fish
choose a variety, such as octopus, black cod, salmon, tuna, and mussels

cooked cold shrimp cocktail

green grapes

sliced carrots

sliced cucumbers

butter lettuce leaves or endive leaves

pickled red onion

crackers

cream cheese or chevre

sliced or cubed hard cheese

tartar sauce
cocktail sauce
fresh dill

Instructions
Start by placing the tinned fish on the board.
Then start filling in with small bowls of ingredients that need to be corralled, such as nuts, cheese, round fruit.
Add fruits and vegetables.
Place the crackers in areas away from watery fruits and vegetables or other ingredients that may make them soggy.
Add small bowls of dips and sauces, as well as garnishes and herbs.
Finish off the board by placing small appetizer forks, spoons, and cheese knives in appropriate places on the board.
